I OPENED THE FIRST THE NOW BOUTIQUE IN SAN DIEGO
After becoming a fan of a boutique spa chain I discovered in LA in 2023, I decided to explore franchising opportunities. This research led me to open the first The NOW boutique in Little Italy, San Diego. I am currently in the process of opening additional The NOW boutiques in San Diego. - Served as Agile and SaaS solution subject-matter expert throughout several technology company acquisitions.

- Built and deployed an award-winning digital sales platform that led to incredible business gains—a 14% spike in sales and a 70% uptick in sales team productivity.
- Triggered a 40% sales increase by advancing CRM capabilities with 99% adoption across a 3K+-member organization.
- Established shared service governance model, empowering various technical groups to collaborate on solution architecture, environment management, release management, and production support.
- Rescued a failing national lease management application project. Conducted full user acceptance testing in 1 month, achieved 25% cost reduction and 82% defect reduction within 3 months.
